Tonja is an a truly exceptional realtor, who was recommended to me by a previous realtor I had used, when I did not know any realtors in the area. Tonja truly went above and beyond to assist me in selling my mother’s house during one of the most stressful periods in life a person can experience, the loss of a parent and dealing with their estate. The home needed more repairs than I could imagine and I was out of state trying to deal with getting the home ready for sale, making the process even more difficult. We are so glad that we chose Tonya to sell our home. We were in the process of moving with short notice for a job. Tonya helped us fast track the process and we were under contract in just over a month from calling her to tell her we needed to sell our home ASAP. She immediately conducted a walk through of our home and let us know what we needed to do to put our best foot forward to prospective buyers. She hooked us up with trusted local contractors her husband’s company (Rycon) works with. She contracted with a top-notch photographer that made a video highlighting our home’s best features. Passionate | Driven | Attentive |I’ve always had a passion for real estate! Growing up, I’ve been exposed to all aspects of the housing industry. I have many family members in the field and have absorbed knowledge in multiple areas. I’ve been in the South Sound for 15 years and grew up in Grays Harbor. I have a deep understanding of the local market here in the South South. I serve Thurston, Grays Harbor, Mason, Lewis, Pierce, & parts of King County.
I practiced Dental Hygiene for 12 years. As a hygienist turned Realtor, I know how to communicate effectively and can manage time and multitask! I pride myself on being extremely committed to my clients and I'm always accessible, responsive and attentive to their needs. Much of my business, is thus built on referrals. I work tirelessly to ensure my client's receive the highest level of service and will go the extra mile to do what it takes!
Aside from my real estate career, I’m co-owner of our general contracting business which lends a very unique role in representing both buyers and sellers.
I’m an outdoor enthusiast and enjoy all the PNW has to offer! I’m married to my best friend and wonderful husband of 12 years and have two Jack Russel fur babies, Rip and Nimble. In my spare time I enjoy skiing, wake-boarding, hiking, fishing, hunting and boating. I like to stay active and don’t see that ever changing.
